Sony Ericsson W525
Sony Ericsson yesterday launched a Walkman-branded music phone with an iTrip-style FM radio transmitter built in to beam songs to nearby car stereos and hi-fi units.
The W525 is a curvacious slider with 2GB of on-board memory, a two-megapixel camera and a Memory Stick Micro M2 card slot. The screen is a video-friendly widescreen 2.7in, 240 x 432 job with Sony's RealityMax image enhancement technology - a key component, the company claimed, of its Bravia LCD TV family.
The handset's dedicated music playback keys are on the side of the phone and illuminated for easy access. The W525's good for almost four hours' talk time, Sony Ericsson said.

This two-headed newborn calf was spotted in village in XinJie,Gongxian. The size of its head only differs slightly, and both its mouths can consume food at the same time. However, it is currently still too weak to stand on its feet.

Woman Arrested for Not Watering Lawn
A widow and grandma spent the morning in jail, arrested for refusing to give a policeman her name when he tried writing her a ticket for failing to water her yard. The woman hasn't watered her lawn in more than a year, and the condition of her yard violates an Orem zoning ordinance.
Tonight, the woman says she is traumatized and shocked that she was hauled to jail, just because she says she can't afford to water her lawn.
Betty Perry says, "I never thought they would ever do anything like that to a person that is 70 years old. I've never bothered anybody, I've never hurt anybody." Link (w/ video)

Man Accidentally Shoots Self While Pistol Whipping His Ex
While pistol whipping his ex-girlfriend, a 29-year-old man accidentally shot himself in his hand Thursday night, police reported.
Police say Tarvaris Jones confronted Latasha Heart, of Tampa, outside a 7-Eleven convenience store at the corner of North 22nd Street and East Sligh Avenue.
Jones knocked Heart to the ground and repeatedly struck her in the face with a handgun, police said. He then accidentally shot himself in his left hand and fled in his car. Link

No business is perfect, and even if yours is, your customers aren’t. Dealing with angry customers can be difficult. Here are some suggestions for how to handle them.
1) Don’t take the criticism personally. They’re not attacking you as a person but you as an employee representing a company that they perceive as cold and heartless.
2) Listen to the client. Let them tell their side. This will help the client calm down and think rationally. Meanwhile, you can buy some problem-solving time as you listen. Ask the client what he or she would do in your situation and how to prevent the problem from occurring in the future. Involving the customer shows you care about his or her needs and that you’re committed to customer service.
3) Treat the customer as you would want to be treated. Don’t pass the customer around. If you don’t know the answer to the problem, tell him or her that you’ll find the answer and call him or her back. Give the customer your name and contact information so that he or she can reach you if he or she has another problem.
4) Deal with the person and then with the problem. People often need to vent, regardless of whether you’re the appropriate target.
5) Remember that stellar customer service can be the means for retaining a client instead of losing one, so how you deal with your unhappy customers is crucial.

KUALA LUMPUR: Perbuatan nakal merakam aksi lucah sebagai koleksi semakin menjadi-jadi di kalangan pelajar, menyebabkan lambakan klip video membabitkan mereka yang berpakaian seragam sekolah kini tersebar secara meluas di internet dan telefon bimbit.
Kemunculan klip video aksi lucah pelajar lengkap berpakaian seragam sekolah di internet seolah-olah trend terkini penggemar laman web lucah selepas sebelum ini mereka sibuk dengan adegan panas yang kononnya membabitkan artis, pelajar institusi pengajian tinggi (IPT) dan gadis bertudung.
Namun, senarionya kini berubah apabila klip video lucah membabitkan remaja belasan tahun, termasuk pelajar berpakaian seragam, tersebar secara meluas dalam aksi menjijikkan dan ‘diburu’ penggemar bahan lucah.
Metro Ahad menerima lima klip video membabitkan pelajar berpakaian seragam sekolah menengah lengkap yang didakwa dirakam di Malaysia.
Bagaimanapun, daripada jumlah itu, empat disahkan pelajar negara ini manakala satu lagi membabitkan pelajar negara jiran.
Klip pertama bertajuk ‘Budak-Sek_Ptrjya_Setiu’ selama dua minit 46 saat yang bermula dengan seorang pelajar perempuan berbaju sekolah menengah lengkap dengan lencana beraksi dalam keadaan mengghairahkan sebelum menyelak baju dan kain untuk menunjukkan alat sulitnya.
Dia kemudian mengadakan hubungan seks dengan seorang lelaki yang wajahnya tidak kelihatan.
Klip kedua selama dua minit 29 saat pula bertajuk ‘Skodeng_Berdarah’ yang menunjukkan sepasang pelajar juga berpakaian sekolah menengah lengkap mengadakan seks oral di dalam tandas sekolah.
Bagaimanapun, rakaman kemudian menunjukkan mereka ditangkap dua guru, termasuk seorang guru wanita bertudung.
Dalam usaha menyuruh pelajar berkenaan keluar dari tandas, pelajar wanita berkenaan dipercayai terhantuk pintu tandas, menyebabkan hidungnya berdarah.
Ketika dibawa ke pejabat sekolah, seorang guru lelaki yang menggunakan loghat Utara didengari memarahi kedua-dua pelajar berkenaan yang cuba merayu untuk dilepaskan.
Klip ketiga bertajuk ‘Uniform’ yang berlangsung selama satu minit 42 saat. Ia menunjukkan seorang pelajar perempuan lengkap berpakaian sekolah menengah mengadakan hubungan seks dengan seorang remaja lelaki.
Klip keempat iaitu ‘Berani_Budak_Sekolah’ selama tiga minit sembilan saat pula pernah dibongkarkan Harian Metro bulan lalu. Ia memaparkan empat hingga lima pelajar lelaki mencabul seorang pelajar perempuan di tepi parit.
Yang menyedihkan, semua mereka berpakaian sekolah menengah.
Klip video kelima bertajuk ‘Budak_Sekolah’ selama tiga minit 10 saat pula yang didakwa pelajar negara ini disahkan palsu. Ini berdasarkan percakapan dan lencana besi digunakan yang menunjukkan dengan jelas identiti pelajar sekolah negara jiran.
Selain itu, banyak lagi klip video lucah remaja dipercayai rakyat negara ini yang kini tersebar secara meluas di internet dan telefon bimbit.
Antaranya ialah ‘Anak_Hj_Sapli’ selama tiga minit 40 saat; ‘Adilla_Dalam_Semak’ (satu minit 46 saat); ‘Anak_Kampungku’ (enam minit 43 saat); ‘Anak_Sekolahan’ (51 saat); ‘Anak_SMA_Lg_Blaja’ (21 saat); ‘BohsiaKuale’ (empat minit satu saat), ‘Budak Selengga2 (dua minit 13 saat); ‘Center_Point_P_Indah’ (17 minit 13 saat); ‘Dlm_Kete_Waja’ (tiga minit 10 saat) dan ‘Pakai_Tudung_Saja’ (dua minit 29 saat).
Mengulas fenomena ini, Timbalan Menteri Pelajaran, Datuk Noh Omar, berkata ia sesuatu yang menyedihkan dan beliau berharap polis menyiasat semua video berkenaan.
“Kita berharap polis siasat semua klip video ini. Tindakan tegas perlu diambil sebagai amaran kepada semua pihak.
“Pada masa sama, pihak sekolah tidak boleh lepas tangan. Jika tahu ada perlakuan sumbang di kalangan pelajar, mereka perlu memaklumkannya kepada pihak berkuasa dan bukan menyembunyikannya. Kita perlu siasat mengapa perkara ini berlaku,” katanya.
Beliau berkata, perlakuan sumbang dan memalukan itu berlaku kerana masih kurang kempen dan usaha penerapan nilai modal insan di kalangan pelajar di sebalik kerajaan cukup menekankan aspek berkenaan.
“Kita berharap syarikat swasta dan NGO (pertubuhan bukan kerajaan) memainkan fungsi lebih aktif di dalam perkara berkaitan modal insan, terutama di kalangan pelajar,” katanya.
